Jennifer has taught in schools across Queensland, Victoria and London. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Queensland, where she worked as Lecturer and Research Officer. She served ten years as a Senior Officer within the Victorian Government, 

providing leadership on strategic funding investment in schools.
